Mr. Conway retired from the Army in 2004, after 30 years in uniform, and returned to military service as a Department of the Army civilian in March, 2004. He has held positions within the Combined Arms Support Command (CASCOM) Deputy to the Commander for Training (DCT) as Chief of the Systems Integration Division; Chief, Lifelong Learning Branch of the Applied Technology Training Division (ATTD); CASCOM Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO), and is currently working for the TRADOC Deputy Chief of Staff (DCOS) and Deputy Commanding General (DCG) as the Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO) for TRADOC. Mr. Conway is a certified Master Knowledge Management Professional (MKMP), and his past and current assignments have provided him with extensive experience in applying concepts, practices and techniques in stimulating individual and organizational performance excellence by using collaboration platforms, immersive simulations, gamification, interactive multimedia, distributed learning, virtual teaming, social networking, and wide array of other knowledge sharing, innovation and process improvement techniques to support a population of approximately 50,000 TRADOC Soldiers and civilians stationed at 26 locations throughout the U.S.
