He has developed computer systems and software for diverse vertical industries and markets: Airlines, Health Care, Financial Services, Real Estate, Entertainment, Transportation, Telephony, Insurance, Utilities, Engineering Processes (Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Biological, Food, Environmental, etc.), Government (Education, Department of Transportation, Environmental Protection Agency, etc.). Also Dr. Mallick is advising Cal2Cal, Gamacon & Nexvisionix on Cloud Computing, Big Data, Analytics, Data Science, Mobile Computing, etc. Dr. Mallick worked as Technical Advisor and Manager for UnitedHealth Group, USA and provided Technical Direction, Strategic Planning and was responsible for Architecture, Design, Development, and Maintenance & Support of large scale Enterprise Content Management & Content Analytics Systems, and Software for various Business Processes related to Health Care Benefits and Services. Also Dr. Mallick worked as a Director and Sr. Manager of Development and Architecture for First American Corporation, USA. He provided technical direction, strategic planning and was also responsible for architecture, design, development, and implementation of Business Information Software for use by Financial Institutions, Bank, Mortgage Providers, Real Estate, Insurance companies, etc. He architected and managed the new generation of product framework/architecture for development of company-wide new product suit Prior to that, Dr. Mallick worked as a Principal Consultant for eBuilt / UST Global, USA. As an associate of eBuilt, Dr. Mallick worked on a number of assignments – (i) Development/Management of B2B and Portal projects for MGM, and (ii) Development of “SONY’s Global Business Process Integration” project -- the system integrates SONY’s Global (a) Billing/Invoicing, (b) Cash/Bank Application, (c) Accounting, and (d) Finance spanning over North/South America, Europe, Asia, Australasia, etc.
